Donations, Contribution Policy
Contributions to Albertans4Freedom are considered gratuitous gifts and do not result in any equity or other ownership or rights to contributors. All transactions are final and non-refundable.

In accordance with applicable Alberta law, including the Citizen Initiative Act, contributions may only be accepted from individuals who are ordinarily resident in Alberta. Contributions from corporations, trade unions, organizations, or individuals who are not ordinarily resident in Alberta are not permitted. Albertans4Freedom reserves the right to refuse, return, or refund any contribution that does not comply with applicable legal requirements.
Â
Contribution rules:
-
Only eligible Alberta individuals, corporations, trade unions, and employee organizations may contribute.
-
Contributions must use the contributor’s own funds and must not exceed the $5,000 aggregate referendum advertising limit across registered Referendum Third Party Advertisers.
-
Contributions over $250 in aggregate may be publicly disclosed by Elections Alberta, and contributions are not eligible for Alberta income tax credits.

When you Contribute, you certify that the selected contributor is eligible, this contribution uses the contributor’s own funds, is not made on behalf of another person or entity, and will not cause the contributor to exceed the $5,000 aggregate referendum advertising contribution limit. If contributing for an organization, you are authorized to do so. You understand contributions over $250 in aggregate may be publicly disclosed and that no Alberta income tax credit is available.
